The first filter is for the domain’s TLD or domain extension, e.g. com, net, info, co.uk, etc. This filter will help advertisers narrow down links to specific TLDs. For instance if they didn’t want to purchase links on a .eu site for a site they have hosted in the U.S..
The second filter is for the domain’s server region. We take the site’s IP address and search for the country code of the IP. Similar to the TLD/extension filter this would help advertisers filter link inventory to find only sites hosted in certain countries.
